Rachelle Baranda-Crow, VP Human Resources

Rachelle leads all human resource operations for Centerline Solutions. She’s a wireless industry veteran whose background offers strategic insight to the senior management team. In her current post, Rachelle oversees talent acquisition, benefits, wellness programs, training, career development, and safety compliance for Centerline Solutions. She maps out strategic planning for these areas and handles the integration of all employees, including organic new hires as well as those from corporate acquisitions. A “jack of all trades” who can pivot easily between jobs and industries, Rachelle also has engineering, banking, and non-profit sector experience.

Rachelle previously was Centerline’s VP of business operations where she planned, directed, and coordinated operations with an eye toward Centerline’s growth. In this role, she established a strong understanding of the diverse areas involved in growing a business, including personnel management, staff training, vehicle fleet management, client contracts, software development, daily business operations and support, all of which propelled her move to her current role as VP of Human Resources.

Before joining Centerline, Rachelle was a product manager for Cricket Communications in the Denver area where she oversaw the company’s value-added services. Prior to Cricket, she served as a project manager, lead wireless engineer, subscriber equipment engineer, and a financial analysis manager for Qwest Wireless. While with this organization, Rachelle led the FCC Wireless Number Portability (WNP) and Number Pooling (NP) mandate project from conceptual stage through commercial deployment and later managed both the network and transition of customers to other network providers.

Rachelle holds a B.S. in engineering science as well as an MBA in information systems management from Aurora University outside of Chicago.

Growing up in various countries, Rachelle is multilingual, speaking Filipino, French and Spanish. She treasures time with her family and in her spare time loves to travel and mountain bike.
