Pete Dyke, Chief Financial Officer

Pete joined the Centerline Solutions team as CFO in October 2017. In this role, Pete is responsible for all the finance, accounting, and treasury activities for the company. This includes the planning, reporting, and analytics used internally as well as interaction with the company’s external stakeholders. He works closely with the CEO, senior team and Board of Directors to develop and implement strategies to drive financial performance for the company, including M&A-related activities. He has a track record for improving profitability and efficiency across business processes, successfully closing and integrating acquisitions, and collaboratively working across leadership teams to get results. With 30+ years of management experience within multiple industries and business models, Pete brings a shrewd eye for growing a strong and sustainable business. His experience in diverse industries, including manufacturing, software, systems integration, professional & engineering services, make him a well-rounded addition to our leadership team.

Before joining Centerline Solutions, Pete was CFO and Executive Vice President for Arcadis North America, a Colorado-based global engineering and design firm, where he led all financial aspects for the company. As the CFO and active member of the leadership team, Pete helped drive performance through the various business cycles and improve profitability and cash flow. At various times during his tenure with Arcadis, he stepped in to lead IT, Human Resources and other administrative functions. He also held financial leadership positions at Agilent Technologies and Hewlett Packard during his career. In these roles he supported large projects, including portfolio restructuring, system deployments, mergers, acquisitions & integrations.

Pete holds a B.S in Economics from Colorado State University and an MBA in Finance from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Outside of the office, Pete enjoys getting out for rides on his bike, cooking up something new in his kitchen or just hanging out with his wife and two children. And come winter, you’ll be sure to find him hitting the slopes for some skiing.
