Jill Grenier, EVP Special Projects
Jill manages Centerline Solutions’ strategies and business development opportunities for special projects and expansion of new services. An expert team builder, Jill brings to the table three decades of experience in the wireless communications industry. Her experience as a founder of Cascadia PM, an Olympia, Wash.-based telecommunications project management firm, has proven invaluable in ensuring the highest quality service for clients.
Jill co-founded Cascadia PM in 2003 and served as its president until Centerline’s acquisition of the company in 2015. Cascadia PM provided program and project management services for the construction and modification of wireless networks to major U.S. wireless carriers, including Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Among other locales, Cascadia PM operated in Washington, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Alaska, Hawaii and Montana. Cascadia PM was instrumental in securing site locations for a network of electric vehicle charging stations – dubbed the “West Coast Electric Highway” – along Interstate 5 and other major roadways in the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to launching Cascadia PM, Jill held several senior development and management positions both domestically and internationally at McCaw, AT&T, Sprint, The Walter Group, and Wireless Facilities Inc. At the Walter Group, Jill was a consultant to the CEO of a new wireless carrier in Malta from 1999 to 2000, helping to build GO Mobile from scratch. Prior to that, she was the district director in Seattle for Sprint PCS, where she oversaw the launch of its Seattle wireless network.
Jill has a B.A. in psychology and sociology from the University of Washington and an MBA in finance and marketing from Pacific Lutheran University.
Married and living in Olympia, Washington, in her spare time Jill enjoys tending her vegetable garden. She and her husband also farm clams and oysters along the coast. Jill is an avid cook – and is known to prepare a great prime rib, among other dishes.
