Beth Turner-Graziano has spent the bulk of her career as a Human Resources and Business Operations Leader creating calm from chaos and reinforcing people operations for growing companies.  She has a passion for helping organizations run efficiently and strategically to enable maximum profitability while fostering a positive corporate culture. As Director of Human Resources at Centerline Solutions, Beth is responsible for providing strategic influence in articulating HR needs and plans to company leadership while overseeing an effective People Operations team. She joined the team in October 2017 and continues to support management and employees through process improvement and integration.

Beth began her career with an emphasis in Total Quality Management (TQM), a management system for customer-focused organizations centered on involving all employees in continual organizational improvement.  At Honeywell, she trained senior level executives in TQM, integrating team building, root-cause problem solving, process development and process improvement into the company’s culture.  Based on these efforts, Beth was asked to transform a highly dysfunctional regional dispatch center into a proficient, team-oriented, customer-focused unit.  As a result of her efforts, service call response and customer satisfaction increased, service cost delivery decreased, and employee engagement improved. Her expertise in TQM grounds Centerline’s leadership team with a focus on continual improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Before joining the Centerline team, Beth served as the Director of Human Resources for E2 Optics, an IT solutions provider specializing in data centers, structured cabling, wireless, DAS, audio visual, and electronic physical security. Prior to that, she held the same title at ADA-ES, a then subsidiary of Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. There she developed, implemented and led a customer- and results-driven People Operations department. In this high-growth, multi-state context, she introduced successful new programs including talent acquisition strategy, a performance management system, a new HR Information System integration, and compliance programs among others. With the assistance of her talented team, Beth’s departments sailed through financial and governmental audits, achieved benefits cost reductions of up to 16%, and maintained high employee engagement satisfaction from staff.

Beth holds a BS in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional through the Society of HR Management.

When not at the office, Beth enjoys staying active with hobbies like hiking, skiing, biking and has even attempted rock climbing.  She also loves roller coasters and traveling – a couple of her favorite trips include Iceland and the rainforests of Costa Rica.
